What, it's not crowded enough? Why do these yo-yos bother? As far as I can see only three reps have any chance at the nomination, with McCain the longshot. The others must all be running for VP.

Is that why Wisconsin has such a tremendous university system would you say? Or is it social programs you are paying for? Because for example Texas has a pretty good university system and is still a low tax state. Not a great university system, mind you, but pretty good. I would put Wisconsin above Texas.... I'm not sure how they are actually ranked.
