****REPORT OF MEETING WITH ROBERT GORDON--3-10-99****

I was able to have a long half hour with Robert Gordon this morning and a lot of great
things are coming our way. Since we did not have as much time as I would have liked
we stayed on the development of TSIG.

It looks as if TSIG.com is on the way to becoming one of the premier suppliers to the
charity market. Take a look at the list of the top 40 charities and currently in the pipeline
are deals with many of them to represent My MusicCard and other of our products. We
could see deals with 3 out of the top 10 in 4-6 weeks. We could see deals with up to
15 out of the top 30-40 in 3 months.

Those who think the PromoCard is a fantasy, you are sorely mistaken. There should be
a PR for the first one in about 3 weeks. The artwork is already being done. 3-5 million
dollars could be generated immediately. The contract shows the distribution of about
one million cards a week starting in June.

Additional PromoCard deals are then expected at about one per month generating
about 5 million on the average each.

The "Perfect Pitch with the MusicCard and PhotoCard" instruction manual has been
prepared by Lifetime Learning (I saw it). It is to be mailed 4-7-99 to the school
principals, heads of PTAs, and heads of Music Depts.

The Spanish MY MusicCard site will be a reality.

Actually the Spanish market for TSIG will be much larger than just a site. The Hispanic
bank mentioned in the PR is still going to be brought on board as a teleservices client.

At some time in the next couple of months TSIG should be partnering with a big internet
software company. I don't know what it is all about but it brought a BIG grin to
Gordon.

The Silicon Valley office is not going to be a small operation. I envision over 10
employees quickly. I don't know it's total function but there are bigger plans there other
than keeping Hwang happy. Remember John Hwang knows people in MSFT and many
more in ORCL. His wife is also a head webmistress for NSCP. His knowledge and
contacts range into many companies and organizations.

The PR firm being looked into has offices in both Silicon valley and NYC. That gives
Hwang the ability from Silicon Valley to get into trade magazines and give articles to
publish. It also from NYC allows the firm to get us in front of the analysts.

The Signature deal begins April 1. The bad news is with the acquisition of Signature by
GE capital the customer base of Signature went from 14 to 71 million customers so
Signature is coming in a couple of weeks to discuss if the teleservices division will be
willing to take on more customers. The flow of revenue from Signature alone will pay
the bills of TSIG.

Gordon happily announced that TSIG now has capitol and almost no debt.

The expectation is for a positive cash flow to occur possibly in May but no later than
July.

With the business on the table he sees no reason for TSIG to not have revenues in
excess of 50 million in the 3rd qtr and possibly doubling that in the 4th.

I hope this information helps with the continuing DD being supplied by the board.

Bob
