With Anthony you don't read between the lines, you read between the letters.   :-)

He meant that if you notice the volume increasing so quickly that it reminds you of the spinning numbers on the meter dial while you are pumping gas then watch out for the dumping.

The spinning image can also imply the fact that this acceleration in increase in volume usually accompanies a leveling off in the rate of price increase because the buying is being absorbed by equivalent selling. The stock is spinning in place like a hill climbing motorcycle revving full blast but just spinning in the loose sand. This, by the way, is Anthony's secret weapon. No one comes close to him in being able to discern this subtle state of affairs.
