Jim, Were you a shareholder of record on 12/31/98?

You may have said before, but it escapes me. The earlier FAMH meeting notices/and "pseudo" proxy to shareholders, reportedly were only to those of record on 12/31/98.

Isn't it interesting how FAMH can cut out a quarter's worth of "new" shareholders when FSAAA can reach virtually all of them as of the date materials were submitted to the transfer agent? Isn't it interesting that the FSAAA materials get to folks first, when their materials reportedly went out approximately a week after FAMH's?

Does anyone think that maybe FAMH held back on a substantial portion of the notices, waiting until almost 10 days before the meeting to put them in the mail? It could be an interesting study, and conceivably representative of the fact that if you want something "done" right, get FSAAA to do it.

Anyone who receives a proxy, please post the date of the postmark on the envelope.

Thanks for the help.

Best regards,
Bob.
