OnStream's product is a tape drive. They do have some interesting software that makes the drive perform just like a hard drive albeit one with slow access. I believe the same company, 1Vision Software, that announced the marketing agreement with Iomega today is providing the software to OnStream.

Windows Magazine had a review of storage products and the OnStream drive was only a few ticks slower than a hard disk (second only to the hard disk in speed). It will be interesting to see how they play in the storage market. 15GB removable drive for $299 and cartridges for $39. But it is tape....
