Some points really bother me:

1) management is dead silent (even with respect to my emails to CFO).

2) no insider buying at these 'bargain' prices.

3) the record of insider selling that preceded this crash.

I consider these to be as much a part of fundamentals as bookkeeping.

With the capitulation going on it's hard to realize the PLMD 4Q and fiscal '99 year ends in a couple weeks. Your comments after talking to management indicate the business is on plan. Maybe it will help all of us to look at these projected numbers.

Customers: 160,000 +
EPS growth rate: 30%
Forecast 4Q sales: $33,000,000
Forecast FY'99 sales: $108,000,000
Price/Sales ratio: <.6
Price/Earnings: < 8
4Q eps: >$.21
FY '99 eps: >$.78

Add in the major efforts ongoing in internet sales, adding a new product category, acquisition, continuing AZO division sales increases, no real risk of Medicare payment changes and tighter controls on accounts receivables and the business plan looks a Hell of a lot better than the price.

I think I'm almost ready to double up.
