OK I will go search out Cashco's post one more time.I needed to find it anyway to add it to the web page so it will be the last time I have to search for it. The three dates come from using CASHCO's estimated time frames and a calendar.

Here it is CASHCO: No 6523 Feb 3, 1999.

In response to queries about the A.R. Brooks Spinoff please refer to the original press release which stated that THE RECORD DATE FOR THE SPINOFF IS JANUARY 11/99. Simply explained, any shareholders of record on that date are entitled to the A.R. Brooks dividend. There was never any statement that the spinoff date was Jan. 11/99. IF there was some confusion with respect to this matter, the Company apologizes. I met with our securities lawyer on 21/1/99. He is preparing all the necessary paperwork to effect the spinoff. The process can take up to 90 days but it is expected to take between 60-75 days. Closer to that time frame the symbol will be assigned and announced.

To say that the spinoff is not taking place is incorrect and misleading and I wish to correct that. Shareholders of record as at 11/1/99 will automatically receive their shares from the trasnfer agent once the application is approved by the SEC.
