Maybe slow but sure won the race here. I think we will hear something very soon on financing. I think once we do people will realize the engineering risk of this project is non-existant,with the nabours drilling turn key deal, and we should be headed for much higher prices.

However, it might be best to wait till the money's in the bank before averaging down as we have seen many false starts with this co..

But I do think they are close.
