Not only are background colors disabled, all auto redirect scripts have been removed as well. Seems SI is cleaning house! Since graphic profiles take so much time to load, I hate to place links to animations directly into my SI profile. Most of the time, people just want to see what you have been posting. I guess I will just provide a link to an expanded profile for those who want to know more. I don't see how SI could have a problem with that. It would be like providing a link to all of the animations at once instead of one at a time and you would have all the flexibility you want in design including background colors.
