I agree. Anything under .70 for ORTH would be a great
arbitrage oppertunity. BTW, ORTH is up .25 today.

Jill - given that it seems most companies in the MSO sector are depressed and PEN is near a low, your $.70 number looks good. Isn't the "maximum arbitrage" trying to buy ORTH as far below .70 as possible. While buying now maximizes your risk, if you believe PEN will rise as the industry turns around, you have to assume that ORTH will follow. The longer you wait the less you maximize your gain (of course there is less risk). Is it smarter to wait for a "maximum" spread between the two stocks to occur and then buy? Just trying to think it through? Of course all this depends now on PEN as you've stated and whether this deal will go through. It is "pending approval".
