First of all I must say that management seems to have a problem running this company. The foolishness of their exposure to not have Employment Related Practices Liability insurance is shocking. This common insurance protects most companies from such legal actions. Someone did not do their job!

Secondly to state that slow European gaming sales will result in lower revenue and margin targets one month after saying "We believe that the touchscreen market will see a paradigm shift to this segment in the next several years and we intend to be the leading supplier in this growth segment. We anticipate that 1999 will be a strong year for the touchscreen industry and we are planning accordingly." shows that management has a real problem of credibility.

The rest of the report shows that the company still has potential. "the company predicts that first-quarter 1999 revenues will exceed $36 million and surpass last year's first quarter.

I think a management shakeup would be well received by the markets. FWIW.
