Michelle, I found this on the National Abortion Rights Action League web site. Apparently the legislature made the ban stiffer than the attorney general was prepared to enforce, but it is on the books:
Post-Viability Ban
No abortion may be approved after the 20th week of pregnancy. Health & Safety § 123410 (West 1996). The Attorney General has issued an opinion stating that this provision is unconstitutional as applied to pre-viability abortions and abortions necessary to preserve the woman's life or health. Op. Att'y Gen. No. 82-313 (Apr. 27, 1982).
