(2) A lot more competition than originally thought in all markets PAIR wants actions. I mean too much price competition from small and large vendors such as NT, LU, CSCO, ALA, etc. Unfortunately, RBOCs will settle for lesser product but the one that is light on their capital budgets. PASCOE is powerless until the old guard is gone. Old guard is too conservative. at $0.50 eps for '99 the fair price is at $9 because PAIR will grow in single digits this year!!
