As I have reiterated, I understand and can argue with someone who wants to allow early abortions, perhaps even mid- term, but late- term seem to me to be clear infanticide, and only permissible when there is a grave threat to the mother's life.

Aborting an 8 month fetus? Where was this supposed to have happened? In the US? I'll look up the figures if you want, but there are about 1000 third trimester abortions per year, as opposed to 30000+ fetal deaths from other causes in the third trimester. Somehow, the PBA crowd doesn't seem much concerned with the larger number, which could probably be reduced by better prenatal care.
