Re: addition of CMGI to NDX100 tomorrow, trading as of Thursday as part of this index. With this internet venture play being added to the index of largest tech stocks, inc. INTC, MSFT,WCOM,et al.; doesn't this provide a higher profile for internet stocks in general, and lend greater credibility to this sector? Do you see any impact short term or longer term on internet stock prices, e.g greater institutional buying interest. The trading of the QQQ(NDX100 proxy) is picking up too; now CMGI must be bought by many index proxies and large cap tech stock funds as well, I would think. Appreciate others thinking on this.
