This doesn't mean a lot as we don't know if any of the shares traded were involved in the financing but since Jan 21 till Mar 16 I show
FM buying 1,222,349 shares
selling 2,130,649 shares
This is a net sale of 908,300 shares at an average sell price of $2.80
