The only conclusion from all this is - XICO is way undervalued!
That doesn't mean that a rebound is imminent. This dog never makes stellar profits nor does it show consistent sales growth. It is in a cyclical business and is definitely not a leader! If it goes from $ 1 3/8 to just $ 2, that is a whopping 45 % return. You couldn't get that kind of return from big outfits like Intel and Compaq for the next several weeks, despite their multimillion trading volumes. IMHO you can't go wrong by scooping up couple of thousand shares of XICO at $ 1 3/8 and wait for it to go to $ 2+ by summer!

How do you know that insiders aren't loading up RELATIVE TO THEIR NET WORTHS? That is what counts. By the way, when was the last time
you saw insiders repeatedly buying stock they thought was going down
in the long term. You do not seem able to bring an objective view to the subject.
