I am not sure that the downfall in CPQ stock can be blamed on CPQ management. I believe you can attribute it to the Mer call in late Feb early Mar. For the time being, MER looks right but couldbe wrong in a couple of weeks.

If you want to play on the cheap, buy the Apr 35 calls at 1 1/4. All you lose i $1250 if CPQ stays low and you make 3750 if it goes to 40. IMO, that risk reward ratio is worth taking.
