Oh, I would think so, I don't see how Aber's legal games could interfere with progress since Winspear is the operator and in control of the situation. No, what I meant was that protracted court doings would have prospective buyers of the Camsell project waiting for their results. They are likely waiting anyway for the bulk sample results at this point, so it's not till June that any of this would matter, but court cases can go on for longer than that.

I sure would like to know more of the details of how this dispute developed.
On the face of it, it looks like Aber has been really stupid, either by neglecting to get around to writing out a cheque, or by treating their JV as an option, allowing Winspear to take the risks while they sit back and say 'maybe we will and maybe we won't'.
