Problem with the law is that it frequently defies our common understanding of justice. Bullies often use the law to protract a simple process to wear down their adversaries, deplete their resources and run out the clock so to speak. A few historical examples include Al Capone, John Gotti, Bill Clinton and other gangsters. But I sincerely hope you are correct. CAB BTW, my definition of Estoppel was all wrong.
