eGames, Inc. develops, publishes, markets and resells a diversified line of personal computer software for consumer, educational and business applications. For the three months ended 9/30/98, net sales increased 63% to $2.5 million. Net income applicable to Common rose from $61 thousand to $403 thousand. Revenues reflect increased sales of the Company's Galaxy Series products. Earnings also reflect cost reductions due to higher volumes and improved manufacturing processes.

Formerly ROMT...9.5/5.7...positive cash flow...good FA and strong writeups. Decent crowd on SI. Insiders buying, apparently, not available on Yahoo.

The play: wait for an optimisitc turn on TA or a green volume over 500K. Lotsa room on any next run. Great one to hold some freebies.

FNHC, an e-commerce firm, facilitates home ownership through a variety of technology-based products and automated services for consumers and real estate service providers. For the six months ended 10/31/98, revenues totalled $13.4 million, up from $6.3 million. Net loss before extraordinary item totalled $7.4 million, up from $3 million. Results reflect increased gains on the sale of mortgage loans and servicing rights, offset by increased interest expense and compensation and related expenses.

Despite somewhat enticing TA, a pass. 59/13...lotsa 144 sells lined up...hey wait...that could be a good thing if they expect a pop on which to cash out...nah. There's better studd out there.

The Play: Uh uh.
