I'm not sure I understand the intricacies of how to do that. I was trading INKT options... How do you get a human to route it ?

I ran into a guy yesterday who promptly understood what was happening, contacted trading, and had Amex match the ask at Chicago. This was great, watching the process evolve. Only caught his first name.... Mike. However, it was only after arguing on the phone with a Schwab broker that didn't understand that I was looking at composite quotes for at least a half hour earlier in the day. That individual was polite, but he was more intent on educating me than on correcting the situation. Yes, my orders are routinely sent to an exchange with a higher ask. It is frustrating to watch the bid raised to match the ask, and for the order to just sit there and rot. But, I now have an example of what to ask the brokers to do, very briefly. Yeah..... they're down for me too......... ExecuteCGI("/start") call failed: No such file or directory Most likely cause is wrong CGIHomeTrans parameter in config.txt. And, when I try to log back on....... Server Error This server has encountered an internal error which prevents it from fulfilling your request. The most likely cause is a misconfiguration. Please ask the administrator to look for messages in the server's error log. Too bad Pottruck can't consider that his customers can have foresight.
