Good morning Jay...MLTX will be my 5th IPO w/ ETrade. A lot of luck in hanging around the IPO page has led to a few opportunities. I have flipped my shares (sold on day 1) on every one. Bottom line I trade to make money and if I can buy at 17 and sell at 43 the next day I'm going to take it. If you look at the charts on IPO's you will see that the first day is often (not always) the highest day for quite awhile. I'm sure ETrade was required by Robertson Stephens to put the warning about flipping, but as you can see by the volume on these stocks on day 1, the whole world is flipping. I have always understood that ETrade could pass me over for this, but thought I would still be better off flipping than holding. Good Luck. Have fun Jay, it's not often you are handed a sure thing and Etrade deserves a lot of credit for bringing this 'old boy' opportunity to us peasants.
