Is it possible DCTC can't get listed due to share price under $3? Isn't their a requirement that share price must remain over $3 for 30 days prior to listing? I know we were over $3 several months ago and we may qualify for listing on that basis. Anyone no for sure?

From my perspective a resounding NO. DCTC is not merging with Wavetech for a listing only. There is great deal of synergy there much further than a mere listing. l & S ,, barbara
