Okay guys, I'm all juiced up and ready to fly. Here is some basic DD from the Tomato Patch.

From the technical side, AZC turned into a buy on three of my indicators. Stockastics, moving averages and momentum. They all turned to a buy at about a .55 price. It came out of an oversold condition in late January. After looking at all the indicators, tech in not the best way to look at this puppy. Because of the small price fluctuations, it gives too much chop in the indicators and proves out to be a negative in the profit column when trading only on the techs. Unlike FNTN, which if you trade on any of the tech indicators, you would end up with a 235% to 455% profit for the year.

Soooooo, lets look at some of the fundamentals.

Share outstanding 25.4 million
Float 23.6 million
Average Monthly vol 1.25 million shares
Average daily vol. 89k shares
No long term debt
Approx. 15 million in the old savings account
Book value of approx .73 per share
No insider selling

Have not started to read through the P/L's, but on the surface we look good. I don't like a float this big on a micro cap, but with all the cash in the bank, I'm ain't gonna grouse.

Hope this helps. It's a start.
