That's been up there a long time. It was an interesting read, and highlighted for me what their major sales challenge is (rent vs buy).

I didn't have any problems with the numbers, but I seem to recall finishing with a conclusion that selling based on TCO was not likely to be sexy and sucessful. I'm sure it is just another tool in their bag.

As a buyer and seller of technology, I tend to discount such things myself, but hey, that might just be me!
