QuietWon, I know you addressed your questions to Anthony but let me chime in the following. I have seen answers to your questions either on this thread or the shorting offshore one all during your tenure here. I know it is impossible to read everything at SI but I think you can get most of the information by use of the search features here at SI.

Your contributions and new thread have been valuable. My thoughts on the whole shorting issue are that since shorting has historically always been the sport of the rich, the more resources you have, the more opportunities will open up to you. Having multiple domestic accounts is the first step but at at least $10K a pop that already implies a certain amount of success in the market. The offshore incorporation route basically takes six figures just for that so once again that implies a certain net worth. Are you there yet? If not don't torment yourself with those questions just realize that half of the picks will not be shortable domestically and the remaining may be problematic at any particular broker. You can't ask Anthony to filter his picks just so we get the illusion of 100% success rate. Nor can you expect him to reveal everything about his personal trading circumstances. We would all try to mimic it thus destroying it for him.

Your questions are valid. The answers are all out there already.

Best,
Jimmy Liberato
