For example, Intel could withhold a microprocessor and early technical information from a customer that is suing Intel to keep that microprocessor off the market." This describes the DEC case exactly. DEC demanded in their suit that Intel be prohibited from manufacturing Pentium processors, and at the same time demanded that Intel continue supplying Pentiums when Intel reminded DEC their contract was expiring.
