Heck, pick one, many, or all of the specific companies and nose-thumbings mentioned in the article: investment conferences closed to journalists, conference calls closed to investors, etc. A couple of weeks ago I posted a howler from the Robbers & Stealers conference -- a company announced in one of the institutions-only session that their president had resigned. Closed to the press. Doesn't get any worse than that.
