Mr. Twister, I am think along the same lines as you regarding the absence of leaks, pre-announcement. The SEC is looking far more closely at leaks of all types, including leaks to analysts prior to public announcement, in detail, concerning the prospects of issuers. An article in Today's Boston Globe highlights that very point, citing numberous instances in which major issuers may have given analysts information in advance of the market on the theory that to tell an analyst is to tell the market. That is simply not so, and such leaks often are reflected in the trading price.

It also appears important that leaks not occur from a customer's standpoint as well, so that they can announce to the market what they want to announce, and when they want to announce.

By the way, how significant is this new OEM?
