Giving away NDs for NT is a critical decision, so no wonder that the division is between BOD/marketing and vision/creative. Either way is a chance-y commitment. I'm interested in stock appreciation, so revenue growth is where I would vote. But still, I see the long term effect of pressing for market share NOW. As for Slitz, wasn't he just named Marketing executive of the Year?
