Glad to have you aboard. I've been sail on this ship for 6 months now. Hopefully will get to Tahiti soon. In my opinion the private placement were not for the cash. It was so new insiders in the company could load up on cheap shares before they ran up the stock. If Hamilton group and Mr. C tried to buy 1.3 million shares on the open market it would have driven the price up above a $1. Especially when people caught wind that the insider were buying big. By the way: Bid Ask .76-.77. Now I am really glad I bought those extra shares at .70 yesterday. Best Regards KEITH
