believe it or not, when i first became interested in VTSS about a year ago and began scoping out this board, GaAs market cap was the issue du jour. long-time followers of this board may recall the spy vs. spy of posters "slob" and "gda." i can't recall which covert op was black or white, but i do remember one insisting the VTSS would hit a brick wall at roughly $800M in revenue. that's still several years off and i won't start getting seriously concerned until SiGe can show high-yield production.

i'm sure a telecom toolie on this board can provide a much better analysis.
