Well, a cash deal would indeed be interesting. Most acquisitions done by BBs are via share issuance. Not a slam, just the reality of financing--the WorldCom model. To use cash(thru financing) says a lot. First, it says that the return on investment will far outstrip the cost of financing(which, BTW, Teik Tett was unable to do).

Second, and this is key, it says the Company values their shares more than cash. A very, very positive sign.
