Yeah I had big probelms yesterday placing a stop order, kept getting error messages from their system, 4 times!!! Cost me about $1200 by time I could get through and eventually make the trade. Were they appologetic, helpful - not in the least of it. I think their customer service stinks. I'll be checking out alternatives over the next couple of days and certainly moving my account. Told Discovery and Schwab both very good - any comments?
