is that the same smart money who gapped dell down 22 points at the open on 10/8/98...never able to re enter at a lower price...or the hedge fund smart money guys, or maybe the money manager smart money guys who underperform the indices....no such thing as "smart money"...market timers never match long term hold....cheers ed a.
