from king tut! WTSW Update March 18, 1999 Dear Shareholders, We are putting this update out to let everyone know the plans of worldtradeshow.com over the next 60-90 days. Interactive Processing, Inc. all it's products are inside of WTSW. The business of the remote control line of products is going on as usual. Here is an update regarding the progress of the remote controls. - We are attending the National Association of College Bookstores in Salt Lake City next month. We have an excellent corner booth in a great location. The Football remote and Hockey Puck prototype will be displayed at the show. Football covers have been made with College logos in advance. We are going to sell to all Colleges that have Football and Hockey in their programs. - The Hockey Puck remote is being redesigned in and will be a production level within the next 90 days. - We are talking to an Indoor Football league for a possible licensing deal - Two large Corporations are looking at doing a promo for late summer early fall with the Football remote. - A large chain of stores has expressed interest in one of the remote controls we manufacture and we will know within the next 6 weeks on this particular deal. Every trade show and convention will be online and we plan on being the number one site to view all the shows. - The web site design has begun and we will have a sample site up for trade shows and conventions within the next 60-90 days. - We have started talks with various Investment banking firms and we are seeking a financing in the amount of $5.0m. - We planning to be on the NASDAQ exchange this year. - A team is being assembled to accomplish all these goals.
