Eric--
the only recent news I could find should not be important:

"The Teamsters union and the Air Line Pilots Association received approval from the National Mediation Board to send ballot-authorization cards to the 500 pilots at Golden, Colorado-based Atlas Air. In January 1998, Atlas Air's pilots rejected an ALPA bid to represent them."

Given the previous rejection of the union, should be a non-issue.
I see this as a "10% off" sale, though I kick myself for not having bought more last October when it was $22 before the split (I kept lowering my limit orders and the stock price rebounded before execution). I really think that with the new airplanes, this is quite a growth company, though not valued as such.
