WOW! That was the perfect example of why not to run out and put a market order in when somebody says buy xyz stock. The MM's saw the orders coming in and jumped the ask through the roof and caught some poor soul at 25 cents for 2 5K blocks and then the next buy came in at 14 cents and then back down. Here's the time and sales so people can see how the weasel MM's will take you to the cleaners if you don't learn to use limit orders. *The lines with 4400 signify a bid/ask change by the market maker.
