Steve: Let's make it 100%. How is this (since this was my plan anyway): The next peep you will hear out of me here is after the DCHT submits its financial documents to the SEC, at which time I will look at them and see if the guesses I made based on the data on the website were accurate.

"I would prefer that you also acknowledge their other accomplishments that are posted with references for verification."

If for some reason a long time goes by without any audited numbers, contrary to the company's promise, I reserve the right to poke my nose in and make mention of that fact.

"That wouldn't be good for anyone, and I too am an advocate of getting to quick filing status; but it should also be recognized that until they are nasdaq qualified, it is little different from where they are today."

Once again, I suggest you take to heart my comments the other day on improving your write-up of DCHT. It would make the piece less promotional, but you would have a better chance of attracting more sophisticated investors.

"I am not going to put financials out on a company that isn't required to by law; nor will I discuss competitive positions or marketing strategies. When the company is reporting, and they have made certain disclosures in their Q's and K's, or they have released somethiing publicly thru the press or other media, then those issues will be free to be debated in the open forum."
