MALCOLM AND ALL, Here is how I feel about the whole situation at this point.[ out of my mouth and into Gods ears ] Since Oaktree has a sizable interest in MSN and is definitely cash rich,I believe with no press release as yet to account for the recent upsurge in stock price, there has to be something going on behind the scenes.The smart money is aware of what's happening.Everyone else has to wait for news. What might be happening is that Grossman and Jurick could be discussing a partnership in both companies with Jurick remaining at the controls.In this scenario Emerson and Jurick would be able to remove all obstacles such as remaining preferred,creditors,and debt,and everyone could live happily ever after, It's a scenario that is quite possible and I believe that Oaktree will wind up being Emerson's salvation. Hoping for the best========TONY=========
