Sorry Walt, what you describe is called Force Majeure and is
a provision in most normal jv's. If the program was not ABZ
approved than ABZ does not have to pay.

YOU ARE COMPLETELY WRONG on the NWT provision.
The NWT will not enforce an agreement between parties. That
is what courts are for. If you've been signing these types
of agreements you are farther into your dotage than your posts
suggest.
