Does QWST use GBLX to access Europe?

It seems to me that the GBLX-FRO merger hurts QWST.

Why merge GBLX and FRO rather than QWST and GBLX?

Mark Lewin mentioned, and I seem to remember that QWST and GBLX did some type of deal about a year ago? I haven't had time to research it, but you raise a good point. What happens with that?

As well, FRO bought some dark fiber in the pre-IPO days of QWST....
