No one has responded to my offer to run and represent the minority shareholders. Without the support of the majority shareholders, a minority shareholder cannot get elected to the Board to represent the minority shareholders. This person should also have the support of the minority shareholders. The response to my volunteering has been very disappointing. No one from the SI Board has contacted me privately. I am therefore withdrawing my candidacy. Perhaps someone else should consider running.

Michael, either yourself or Fred Whitridge would make excellent outside or minority directors. I did not realize that you were making a serious proposal in your post. I would be willing to make a nomination or support a nomination. Jacques
