You see a difference. I don't. There is no such thing as the closet drinker that you are refering too. There are introverts and extroverts in every community. Every thing eventually reaches the surface. It may be through a series of dominoes. So the closet drinker doesn't appear to be causing problems. However; his kids, wife, boss, dependant mother, mistress, grocer, banker etc. You get the idea. They all have problems. Ask the adult child of the lovable alcoholic that never bothered anybody.
