Question for experienced traders.

With NASDQ stocks, what is the meaning of large block trade pairs (i.e. a buy of a large block followed immediately by a sale of that block at a slightly higher price) where the block size had not been reflected in the bid nor ask size. Sometimes these trades are at the bd or ask, sometimes in between. Do I need Level II to see what's happening here? Just watching the trades go buy, it looks like these trades come out of the blue. Many thanks, in advance, for clarification.

Last,

A couple of sites with Canadian mutual fund data are www.globefund.com and www.fundtrend.com. I will keep an eye open for further sites because these may not provide the type of data extraction that you are looking for.
