#8 was a buy technically before the day began today. For me anything over 10 1/8 would have been a buy signal.. That is becasue the stock is already in a weak uptrend and hit a new 4 week high yesterday. The stochastics are not overbought but they are not low either. Now the on balance volume and the positive volume index and even the negative volume index are all bullish and #8 has already been under accumulation. It closed yesterday 89% of its daily range and all these factors plus the news item I think I included in the watch list would have the extra impetus for it to be a buy

There seems to be so many questions regarding what is considered a "buy/sell" signal, how to use Bollinger bands, etc....from me included. How 'bout an educational weekend MG retreat (in between earnings seasons)...maybe in NY since we all have free tickets there...or so I read!
