Hi Walt,

I agree with you that a variety of comments, statements and accusations are neither necessary nor helpful. There are lots of statements being made by people likely lacking both the technical (i.e. legal) background to comment accurately and the specifics of the agreement and previous interactions between the companies . So folks we aren't going to accomplish much here by bashing either company. Both have great properties and long-term potential. Hopefully the two companies will be able to resolve this situation in a simple fashion.

Essentially that is what i was trying to say, as usual, you have put it in clearer terms..thanks...I too was not trying to pick sides just trying to point out that the agreements , over time, on not always followed to the "t"...
