I wonder how the CA + PLAT deal changes the Street's understanding of Rational's real value. The deal (if it goes through as planned) essentially took PLAT up in value by a factor of (almost) three, giving them a market cap approximately that of RATL.

PLAT's sales are more than twice RATL's, FWIW.
