I seriously doubt that many, if any funds at all would gamble with a stock that trades under $10 and doesn't offer the liquidity to trade in & out of it.

Dear Manuel: I think some of the smaller ones might be--just not picking up enough shares to make a difference. We need sustained volume of 700k shares a day and that will make all the difference in the world. That will supply liquidity to attract anyone and momentum to get the price moving. JDN
